MAZATLÁN.- On these days that you are on the beach, do not worry about the bathrooms, as there will be more than 200 free toilets during Holy Week, as reported by the municipal authorities.
The portable public toilets will be installed in 46 different tourist spots in Mazatlan such as Olas Altas, North Beach, the Monument to the Fisherman, along Del Mar avenue and beach accesses in Zona Dorada and Cerritos.
They will be there 24 hours a day for a better service for both locals and tourists, but above all, to keep the beach area clean during the days with the greatest influx of people in the coastal area of the port.

On the same issue of keeping the beaches clean, the Public Services Department reported that the human sweeping, cleaning, parks and gardens crews are ready, in addition to six garbage collection trucks.
The cleaning operation will be implemented in the tourist area, the Historic Center and surrounding areas, during the holiday period from April 3 to 9.
The director of Public Services Karla Camacho Guzmán mentioned that with these crews efficient garbage collection will be guaranteed from the lighthouse area to Punta Cerritos and all beach areas.
Camacho Guzmán added that at strategic times the six large-capacity garbage trucks will travel the Malecón area to collect solid waste at this point, while two dump trucks and a mini-compactor unit will serve the Historic Center.
She recalls that the Beach Operator and Administrator also installed garbage cans, three at each point for the separation of waste.
