Mazatlan, Sinaloa. – Mazatlan citizens have given a good response to the free sterilization campaign carried out by the health authorities of the “Margarita Maza de Juárez” Municipal Hospital in urban and rural areas; With this action, the aim is to control overpopulation and take care of the health of dogs and cats in the city.

The sterilization campaign carried out by the municipal hospital is a free and permanent activity in the urban and rural areas of the municipality, so that the inhabitants bring their pets to this procedure.

The unit is in charge of a veterinarian and two technicians who serve citizens from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; From October 24 to 28, the unit will be installed in the Francisco Villa neighborhood, Felipe Ángeles street.

The unit and the staff that attend the animal sterilization campaign have scheduled a route that covers each week in different neighborhoods and communities of the municipality.
