Mazatlán, Sinaloa .- This weekend Mazatlan Aquarium will have a carnival schedule.
Its director, Pablo Rojas Zepeda, reported that in order not to obstruct the traffic of people who will come to see the Carnival parades on Avenida Del Mar, it will be closing next Sunday at 2:30 in the afternoon and on Tuesday, March 1 at 1:30 p.m.
“Let’s just say on the weekend, people go to the Aquarium a little more, because we also have two days that we have to close a little earlier, for the Carnival parade, which is on Sunday and Tuesday. There we will close on Sunday at 4:00 in the afternoon and on Tuesday at 3:00 in the afternoon so as not to hinder traffic too much”
He announced that these are not very profitable dates for the marine center in terms of visitors, since the influx is only noticeable during the weekends and most tourists opt for activities related to the maximum Mazatlan party.
Rojas Zepeda, revealed that on average during this holiday period around 3,500 people are received daily, a small number compared to holidays, so the team seeks to be part of the Carnival, taking care of structures and also participating in the parade. .
