Escuinapa, Sinaloa.- The beach house that was owned by former governor Antonio Toledo Corro already has an owner, after having been the largest prize in the great special draw 252 held through the National Lottery.
The property that is located in front of the sea and 200 more lots that were part of the raffle prizes are located on the property of the CIP Playa Espíritu, which will be raffling in parts since the President of the Republic, Andrés Manuel López Obrador points out this project as a work of corruption carried out by former President Felipe Calderón.
The total amount of the raffle, which had prizes in kind and cash is 297 million pesos, of which the “beach house” is valued at just under 29 million pesos, while each of the 200 rustic lots that They were drawn at a cost of one million 244 thousand pesos.
The new owner of the beach house will be the one who has the chip with the number 1 211 497, the number that came first in the draw held this Sunday afternoon.
According to the rules of the draw, the winner of the beach house and the winners of each of the lands, will have a maximum of 60 days to claim their prize, which they can claim at the offices of the National Lottery for assistance public.
After claiming the prize, they will be delivered within 45 days.
It is worth mentioning that both the beach house and the land will be delivered only to people with Mexican nationality, in case any winner is a foreigner, their prize will be awarded in cash according to the value that is being given to each one.
