SCT leaves Sinaloa out of the road conservation budget

$ 7,355 million pesos will be exercised in the northern and southern states of the country, mainly by the SCT in 2022

In the Expenditure Budget of the Federation for 2022, with regard to the multi-year program for the conservation of federal highways7 thousand 355 million pesos will be exercised

However, in the works program proposed by this program, no Sinaloa highway appears since most of the resource is being projected to finish some highways in the states of Puebla, Nuevo León, Hidalgo, Mexico City, Coahuila, State of Mexico, Chiapas Campeche, and Yucatán.

The program includes a public investment of 7 thousand 355.3 million pesos and a private contribution of 24 thousand 439.3 million pesos to carry out the works by the Ministry of Communications and Transportation (SCT) in various entities of the country. 

These are road sections through the Public-Private Partnership Program (PPP), most of which have been established since 2017 and 2018, for which the periods for carrying out the work are set for 10 years.

SECTIONS TO PROVIDE CONTINUITY IN THE PUBLIC-PRIVATE INVESTMENT PROGRAM ARE:

The bypass of the La Galarza-Amatitlanes highway, in Puebla, which would cost 125.3 million pesos; the total amount of private investment estimated is 1,117.5 million pesos.  

-Querétaro-San Luis Potosí, which connects with Guanajuato, 787 million pesos; the total resources of the private sector are for 2 thousand 127.5 million pesos. 
 
To Coatzacoalcos-Villahermosa, between the states of Tabasco and Veracruz, 765 million pesos; total private amount, 2 thousand 418.4 million pesos. 

For the period 2017-2027: the Matehuala-Saltillo highway, in Nuevo León, 731 million pesos; the private total is 1,841.1 million pesos. 
 
The federal highway Pirámides-Tulancingo-Pachuca, between the states of Mexico and Hidalgo, 638 million pesos; total private amount, 2 thousand 338.8 million pesos. 
 
La Saltillo-Monterrey-Nuevo Laredo, which make up the states of Coahuila and Nuevo León, 335 million pesos; total resources in the private sector, 2,515.9 million pesos. 
 The San Luis Potosí-Matehuala section, in the Potosí region, 831 million pesos; with the sum of private resources for 2,033 million pesos. 
 
And the federal highway Tampico-Ciudad Victoria, in Tamaulipas, 698 million pesos; the private total is for 2 thousand 256.3 million pesos.  

The Texcoco-Zacatepec federal highway, between the State of Mexico, Tlaxcala, and Puebla, 720 million pesos; private investment will total one thousand 582.7 million pesos. 

For the 2018-2028 period: Arriaga-Tapachula, in Chiapas, 1,049 million pesos; global private resources are 4,179.1 million pesos. 

The Campeche-Mérida highway, between Campeche and Yucatán, 676 million pesos; the private total is 2,029.2 million pesos.
