Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- Even though the heavy fines were warned of the haulers who unload in double-parked on Camarón Sábalo avenue, they continue to do so especially since no traffic officers are observed in the place.

In a tour of Camarón Sábalo avenues and Del Mar avenues, it was found that the carriers in charge of unloading merchandise in neighboring shops continue to carry out bad practices outside the established hours, which are from 4 in the morning to 7 in the morning.

During the tour it was not possible to observe officers conducting surveillance patrols, or maneuvering traffic lights.
