This new provision applies as of August 1 and whoever does not comply with these provisions will apply sanctions established by law

Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- As of August 1, no company or supplier will be able to load and unload merchandise during normal working hours in the urban area of the city, announced the municipal mayor of Mazatlán, Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres.

He reported that this measure has been taken with the aim of making traffic more agile.

“No company is going to be able to load and unload on working days, they have to do it at night, not during the day; from four to seven in the morning ”, he announced.

Benítez Torres said that outside of these hours no supplier will be able to reach a store to supply merchandise because it affects the roads a lot.

“The brewery will not be able to reach, no company will be able to reach restaurants and hotels because the roads affect us a lot; Everyone is already aware of it and they have to comply, it is for the good of the citizens ”, he added.

He insisted that the loading and unloading of merchandise will be put in order because this causes trucks to park and traffic to stop.

“Anyone who does not abide by these provisions will be subject to sanctions that the law establishes,” he said.
