The paramunicipal invites irregular users to make the service contract and avoid penalties
Mazatlán, Sinaloa. – Twenty shots clandestine were detected Saturday by staff of Jumapam in the Alborada neighborhood in the port of Mazatlan, closing each, as reported by the paramunicipal.
José Diego Ávila Aragón, manager of the commercial area of the Municipal Board of Potable Water and Sewerage of Mazatlán, explained that this operation undertaken in the sector was due to a citizen complaint received in the MZT APP application this Saturday, for which the staff of Jumapam’s Commercial Management carried out an intensive day to review meters for the detection and closure of illegal connections to the drinking water network.
The inspection operation headed by the commercial manager, José Diego Ávila Barrón, collaborated with the User Register and Collection departments to address citizen complaints to the MZT APP.
Users who were detected with an illegal connection, the commercial management left a document informing them of the water cutoff, what the problem is, and they are given a period of 3 business days to go to the offices to put their situation in order. .
