The investment to create these sets was 2 thousand 752 million pesos, the most important private investment in Yucatan after Xcaret
The real estate Aura Group presented three housing complexes located in Yucatán, which promise to provide services and comply with eco-sustainable standards.
In an event held in Mexico City, Aura highlighted that among the amenities offered by its real estate complexes are gyms, swimming pools, cinema, parks, and a beach club.
“The residents will have a very evident saving in maintenance because they are going to implement solar panels, rainwater harvesting for irrigation of green areas, and the use of bathrooms, among other services,” said Abigail Pineda, broker manager, and manager of the Aura Group sales.
Both Smart Luxury Living, Coast Telchac, and Marena Beach Towers will have these services, “they respect the enclosures and green areas of the beach as dictated by Federal Law,” Pineda guaranteed.
Within the Smart complex, each of the residents will have a voice command prototype to facilitate their activities through technological tools, in which up to 49 devices can be connected.
It stands out that the first tower of Marena Beach Towers, has more than 50% of sales, while Smart and Coast Telchac, already have 25% committed.
The investment to create these groups was 2,752 million pesos and according to Aura, it is the most important private investment in Yucatan after Grupo Xcaret.
