MAZATLÁN SINALOA.- With the absence of Mayor Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres, the morning of this Monday, February 24, celebrated another anniversary of Flag Day, pride, tradition, and history of our country, Mexico.

Representing the mayor was the secretary of the City Council, José de Jesús Flores Segura, who read his message, mentioning that the national crusade for the recovery of national values ​​that President Andrés Manuel López Obrador has initiated will aim to boost the profound change carried out by the Government of the Fourth Transformation.

He added that to rebuild and travel the path of the Fourth Transformation in Mexico, unity is necessary because without it it would be very difficult to advance to a profound change in national life.

Flores Segura subsequently protested to the escorts and standard-bearers of elementary and secondary schools who attended this solemn act.

Also present at the event were Carlos Ramón Carrillo del Villar, commander of the Third Military Region; Rafael López Martínez, commander of the Fourth Naval Zone, as well as municipal, state and guest officials.
