The SHCP released the tax incentives applicable to gasoline prices as of Saturday, November 30
Mexico.- As every week, the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP) set the fiscal stimulus for the Special Tax on Production and Services (IEPS) that enters into force on Saturday, November 30 and is valid until next Friday, September 6 December.
In the publication made through the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) it was announced that IEPS rose to Magna gasoline and diesel, while, for the sixth consecutive week, Premium gasoline remains without this benefit.
This is how the fiscal stimulus for gasoline of less than 92 octane (Magna) from tomorrow will be 9.25 percent, which shows an increase over the previous week when it was 7.32 percent, this is equivalent to 0.44 pesos per liter, so now consumers will pay 4.36 pesos for each liter of this fuel at gas stations.
Meanwhile, the fiscal stimulus for diesel is 9.60 percent, higher than 9.58 percent in the previous week, with an amount of 0.50 pesos per liter. In this way, carriers will pay as of tomorrow 4.77 pesos of tax per liter.
For gasoline greater than or equal to 92 octane (Premium), the stimulus will remain at zero. Consumers will pay 4.06 pesos of tax per liter.
