According to ejidatarios, who prefer to keep anonymity, the land allocation was done illegally and with simulations, since no one in the ejido knew these people, in addition to their homes not belonging to Santa Cruz, as established in Agrarian Law

“That record shows the 19 avecindados that nobody recognizes in the ejido and that are not recognized in the Agrarian Registry as avecindados. But in the minutes they appear as expired but they really are prestanombres, ”they said in an interview.

Coincides that the owners of the company SSC Inmobiliaria, are also shareholders of the company Covasis S DE RL DE CV, one of the companies that make up Santa Cruz Inmobiliaria de Chapala.

To be settled, it is established in article 13 of the Agrarian Law, that people must have “resided for at least one year in the lands of the ejido population center”, in addition to being recognized by the Ejido Assembly or the Agrarian Court competent.

Ejidatarios interviewed remember that, prior to submitting the alleged sale of the hill to discussion, “irregular” ejidal assemblies had already been held to reduce the number of active ejidatarios to 64 and thus be able to reach the legal quorum required to be able to assign the land to The 19 people.

“He never submitted himself to the Agrarian Law, that is, calls were never published in the most visible places of the ejido. In this assembly they approve with 31 votes in favor, zero against and zero abstentions, which are temporarily separated for one year (…) The assembly is held on March 27, 2014 and recorded on April 2, 2014, incurring another irregularity and separate 56 deceased ejidatarios ”.

Documents of the Public Registry of Property, of which this medium has a copy, reveal that after having assigned them the lands, the alleged assumptions sold the 130 hectares to the Santa Cruz Inmobiliaria de Chapala company. However, the merger of the land does not show how much was paid for the land.

The names of the residents were collated with documents from the public registry of commerce, which revealed that some of those named as residents appear as legal representatives of various real estate agencies that are owned by the same owners of the company Santa Cruz Inmobiliaria de Chapala SA de CV .

This information was also collated with the LinkedIn platform, and it was found that two of the residents appear as employees of the legal area of the company SSC Inmobiliaria.

Another three of those approached appear working in the same developer in the area of projects, and three others appear as in the administrative area.

According to the public registry of commerce, three of the winners also appear as legal representatives of other companies in the construction industry. While the remaining eight people are unknown, they also work on the same social reasons.
