This 2019 returns the Mexican Film Festival, which is organized by the National Chamber of the Film Industry (CANACINE). From September 6 to 12, throughout the country, tickets to national films will cost only 20 pesos in Cinepolis, Cinemex, Cinebox, Citicinemas and Cinemagic.
In addition to the country’s film chains, the Ministry of Culture, the IMCINE, the National Cineteca, the UNAM Film Library, the Cineteca of the University of Guadalajara and the Cineteca Mexiquense are added to this effort.
The movie collection includes author cinema, romantic, classic, children’s, drama, thrillers, documentary, and premieres.
There will be 19 Mexican films that we can see, of which:
- 10 re-releases
- 4 premieres
- 5 classic movies
In this edition, 750 commercial movie theaters will participate nationwide, according to CANACINE .
Some of the available titles are:
- Ana and Bruno
- The chanfle
- The student
- The King of the Neighborhood, from Tin tan.
- Girls Good
- Do not stain Frida
- Perfect Unknown
- Sex, modesty and tears
- Los Tres García, with Pedro Infante
