State Government pays 148 million pesos to family to take over the lands of Central Park

The authorities acquire seven properties that are on the side of the area where this project is being built by Quirino Ordaz Coppel.

The State Government of Sinaloa paid 148 million pesos for the lands where the Central Park is built in Mazatlan, the Secretariat of Administration and Finance revealed in response to a request for transparency from the Northwest.

Although in July of last year the mayor Fernando Pucheta Sánchez, today with a license, announced that an agreement had been reached with the Tellería family (Valdez), the total amount of the transaction was unknown.
