Ernesto Echeverría Aispuro, former Secretary of Health, diverted 14 million pesos in Health Services but agreed with the State Attorney’s Office to pay half and thus get rid of jail time
The State Attorney General’s Office, through a press release, reported that it resorted to streamlining the process with a legal figure called conditional suspension of the process.
