Corruption in Sinaloa goes unpunished

CRIME DOES PAY.

Ernesto Echeverría Aispuro, former Secretary of Health, diverted 14 million pesos in Health Services but agreed with the State Attorney’s Office to pay half and thus get rid of jail time

The State Attorney General’s Office, through a press release, reported that it resorted to streamlining the process with a legal figure called conditional suspension of the process.
