Carnival brings “Splendor” to Mazatlán

Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- On Tuesday June 5, Mazatlan welcomed Carnival Splendor cruiser, that was coming from Cabo San Lucas with 3,644 passengers and 1,115 crew members.

Its arrival at the dock of Mazatlan’s Integral Port Authority was at 07:00 hours approximately and according to his maritime itinerary, the ship continued its route at 17:00 hours in the direction of Puerto Vallarta.

After obtaining permission to descend, cruise passengers took the opportunity to make different tours of the main tourist attractions of the city, including rural areas, visiting El Quelite, La Noria, as well as Concordia and Copala, among other points of interest, leaving an important economic spill for the Mazatlecos.

With the Carnival Splendor, a total of 48 tourist cruise liners have arrived in Mazatlan so far this year, with more than 176,000 tourists on board.
