SEDECTUR seeks to promote the tourist corridors of Sinaloa

The head of the SEDECTUR indicated that Mazatlán will be a very important part of the Tianguis Turístico 2023

Mazatlán, Sin.- The new Mar de Cortés Aquarium, a portfolio for meeting and romance tourism, as well as rural tourism circuits, will be the main products that Mazatlán will bring to the 2023 Tourist Tianguis that will take place from March 26 to 29 in Mexico City.

The Secretary of Economic Development, Tourism and Fisheries of Mazatlán, Martín Ochoa, stated that they will return to the initial format where the municipalities are part of the Sinaloa stand.

“With the two hotel associations we take tourist companies of Mazatlán so that they have networking with the different companies,” he said.

He added that for this great national event, Mazatlan will work in synergy with the Secretary of Tourism of Sinaloa, Estrella Palacios, to bring more tourism, wholesale buyers and flights from different airlines.

In addition to carrying as a flag the new Mar de Cortés Aquarium that will be operating from April 29 and that will extend the stay and the average cost of tourists in the port and a whole portfolio for meeting and romance tourism.

“We are working on developing more attractions such as circuits to bring more tourism to rural communities such as the La Noria corridor, El Quelite and we are working on the Siqueros corridor, offering gastronomy and cultural sites,” he said.
