The Mexican Association of Travel Agencies visits El Fuerte, Mocorito, Cosalá and El Rosario to promote the cultural, gastronomic, historical and natural offer of the entity.
Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- A delegation from the Mexican Association of Travel Agencies and the Sinaloa Tourism Secretariat visits the four Magical Towns of the entity (El Fuerte, Mocorito, Cosalá and El Rosario) so that the experts in trips know the diversity of their tourist attractions and include them in their promotion.
The president of the Mexican Association of Travel Agencies, Eduardo Paniagua Morales, stated that as part of the AMAV project, pueblomagicos.com, he has visited more than 125 of these tourist destinations.
“ What are we looking for? That tourists come with greater purchasing power, that we can give work to our artisans, that we can give work to tourist guides, that the entire value chain benefits and that the Magical Towns of Mexico, a project of the Federal Sectur, is for the benefit of the people of Mexico, ”he said.
Paniagua Morales highlighted the hotel offer of El Fuerte, which offers rooms of true hotels, boutique, with decorations and unique identities, where the rooms are not standardized, but the tourist can enjoy themed rooms.

The Undersecretary of Tourism Promotion and Operation of the Sectur, Estrella Palacios Domínguez, commented that the intention is to make known the cultural, gastronomic, historical and natural offer that each Magical Town has, with the purpose of promoting them in the affiliated agencies in the Mexican Association of Travel Agencies (AMAV).
He added that the tour began in El Fuerte, later they will visit Mocorito, Cosalá and El Rosario. This tour ends on Saturday, time that will be used to explain and publicize the wonders of each site.
