Sinaloa.- Due to alleged bad habits and corrupt practices, the state government dismissed 20 workers assigned to the inspection and surveillance department and 4 delegates as a corrective measure, informed the Secretary-General of the GovernmentEnrique Inzunza Cazarez.

At the Semanera press conference, the state official commented that, since last November and December, in accordance with the operations carried out by the Guadalupe-Reyes, a study was carried out on inspection and surveillance personnel in which anomalies and that 20 inspectors in the state were dismissed due to loss of confidence, as well as four delegates as a corrective measure.

He explained that, in the north zone, 3 inspectors were discharged, in the north-center zone 5 inspectors and one delegate were discharged, in the center-north zone 3 more inspectors and one delegate, in the center zone 6 inspectors and 1 delegate and in the southern zone 2 inspectors and 1 delegate.

“A study of the personnel assigned to the inspection and surveillance was carried out in which anomalies were detected in which 20 inspectors were discharged in the state due to loss of confidence, as well as four delegates as a corrective measure, that is In other words, we are carrying out a rigorous, serious review and inspection work,” he said.

Inzunza Cázares pointed out that since the beginning of this administration, the Inspection and Regulations Directorate implemented a strategy as a preventive measure, the daily practice of inspection and surveillance visits to establishments destined for the elaboration, packaging, storage, distribution, transportation, sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages, and that based on that, 80 establishments have been closed.

It should be noted that 523 operational fines have also been levied on establishments for violating the provisions established in the law on the operation and functioning of establishments intended for the production, sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
