In his position, he specified that it is estimated that between 250,000 and 300,000 illegal vehicles circulate in our state, of these only 20,000 cars are registered with the National Organization for Self-Protection and Insurance Fund, AC (ONAFAAC).
“For this reason, the deputies and the deputies of the Sinaloense Party make an appeal to the 40 deputies to issue an expression in support of the request of our governor Rubén Rocha Moya before President Andrés Manuel López Obrador,” he indicated.

However, he clarified that in order to give certainty to the issue of importing vehicles of foreign origin, it is necessary to reform the General Customs Law.
The legislator explained that this reform corresponds to the Congress of the Union, giving as a benefit that the procedure to export a vehicle the procedure in Sinaloa and in Mexico is not tortuous, high cost and the high rate of corruption and coyote is reduced. .
