Few countrymen passed through the roads of Sinaloa
Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- The December holidays have arrived and the arrival of people from the southern part of Mexico to the port of Mazatlán is observed.
Some of them are residents of Durango and Nayarit, but others also arrive from the cities of the state of Jalisco, Nuevo León, or Coahuila.
However, on the highways, there is no flow of “paisanos”, that is, Mexicans who live in the United States and come to Mexico to spend the holidays.
Only in other years, elements of the Camino Division National Guard, carry out special operations where they give shelter to people who come from the United States.
The arrival of countrymen ends at the end of the last days of this month because after January 7 they begin to return to the United States.
