In two days, two tourists died drowned in different events on the beaches of Acapulco, both in Mexico City

This Saturday, around 07:00 at night, a drowned person was reported on Revolcadero beach in the Diamante area of ​​the port.

According to information from the authorities, the victim was a tourist from Mexico City who apparently entered the sea while intoxicated.

The day before, another tourist from Mexico City drowned on Bonfil beach, and another, after being rescued, was taken to the El Quemado hospital.

After the report, Civil Protection personnel and a Navy rescue boat arrived to help the visitors, after they were pulled by the waves.

One of them named César “N”, 32, was rescued, while the other visitor identified as Juan Carlos “N”, 29, drowned.

In both cases, personnel from the State Prosecutor’s Office carried out the legal procedures, and the bodies were transferred to the facilities of the Forensic Medical Service (Semefo) for the corresponding legal procedures.
