July 30, 2019.- With the launch of the application “Emission of Digital Licenses”, available for the IOS operating system, the Government of the State of Oaxaca through the Ministry of Mobility (Semovi) continues on the path of modernization of the different procedures and services offered to citizens.
The head of the Semovi, Mariana Nassar Piñeyro, indicated that as Governor Alejandro Murat has instructed, the secretary he represents is working with the firm purpose of providing users with a better service. “We are the second state in the country to have digital licenses, for the user this is a very important advance since now they can carry out their process of renewal or replacement of licenses from the comfort of their home”.

If the user has their current license, they should only activate their license quickly and easily, through the following steps: Enter the application and register, review and accept the terms and conditions to continue, enter the license number and the CURP, later you must register an email and finally create a username and password for the application.

Nassar Piñeyro, pointed out that this new application is in addition to the one published in May, through which all motorists with Android cell phones can obtain their digital license.
He also indicated that at the July 29 cut, 3,000 motorists already have their digital license. “We are simplifying the procedures with greater efficiency. In addition, through this system, the sanitary measures to avoid COVID-19 infections are reinforced, since in this way citizens do not saturate the care modules.”
