Mario y Mauricio Lira with 18 years of experience in the construction of hotels had decided to venture in a new concept of vacation rentals featuring 5-star hotel amenities.

In an exclusive interview with Inmobiliare, they stated that they came up with a hybrid concept based on their work with hotel corporations and their own experiencies as guests. The concept combines vacation rental and 5-star accommodations.

“We began to detect that people were no longer interested in the typical all-inclusive resort, so we began to feel that a change was needed. Airbnb began to open a very important niche, with the fact that people feel better believing that they are at home; and that during your stay in that place you can “feel at home”, but this time, without leaving aside the hotel services, since we all like to be pampered. Hence the idea of this hybrid which is not only a nice apartment with hotel services, but a unique “homelike” experience for each traveler.

On June 15 is the opening of its first development, Auténtico Vertical Zona Real, which is located within Jardines del Valle in Zapopan, Guadalajara, Jalisco and has an extension of 4,500 m2 of construction distributed in two towers of 9 floors connected by an upper bridge which serves as roof garden and events area.

With an investment of 90 million pesos, it has 30 apartments with kitchen, living room and bathrooms; in total, there are 50 bedrooms, distributed in 2 penthouses, 16 accommodations with double rooms and 12 with just one bedroom, “they are not a reduced hotel room where you have limited space,” they reiterated. Each apartment integrates a modern architectural concept that celebrates its authentic style in each of the venues, and interior decoration includes paintings by the artist Emmanuel Mendoza.

This first development features state-of-the-art technology, surveillance cameras, in addition to Tesla chargers, a brand with which the developers maintain an alliance, like Ferrari and Nespresso.

The next projects under development are located in Los Cabos, Tulum and Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and in the next few years they expect to expand to other countries.

“We are constantly in search of new destinations, always with an attractiveness that goes according to our concept; we try to settle our projects in places with their own essence with a soul. We like to try to be pioneers in all these aspects “.
