Jesus Sandoval Gaxiola said that they expect to exceed one million visitors at Mazatlan’s carnival festivities, in such a way as to generate greater economic benefits for the destination.
Mazatlan, Sin.- The commercial sector benefits from the thousands of tourists who arrive at the port to enjoy the maximum celebration, for which they estimate to overcome the economic loss that was obtained in previous years, said Jesús Sandoval Gaxiola.
The president of the National Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism said that this year will be better than the previous ones, since they estimate having a record of one million visitors these days at the destination, since the port has become one of the most attractive places for both national and international.
“But I think it’s going very well, we’re definitely going to exceed the expectations we had in previous years and hopefully we’ll be able to come out with a white balance, things are going well, we want to have over one million visitors here in Mazatlan.”
Sandoval Gaxiola said that once the Carnival ends Mazatlan 2019 will have the figure of the economic spill that was generated throughout these days of celebration in the destination, so the trade sector does not doubt that they will be favorable results.
