Before the start of construction of the new Mar de Cortés Aquarium, the real estate sector president commented that he sees it as a great opportunity for growth and attractive to investors.
Luis Enrique Peraza Reyes, president of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) in Mazatlan, stressed that the port is at a strategic point, benefiting from its environment and image.
“These are the results that the Tourist Tianguis gave us, the results are we have large investors who are thinking about Mazatlan and that is reflected in a very large investment in the new aquarium,” he said.
Beginning of the year, he trusts that the investments will continue, after a city forum where the problems in Mazatlan that exist have been analyzed and solutions recommended
