Mexicali, Baja California.- One hundred hundred tons of wheat bales succumbed to the flames at the facilities of the Sinaloan company SuKarne plant.
The fire was recorded around 7:30 p.m., so company personnel requested the presence of firefighters.
The accident occurred in a remote area where employees or livestock are not at risk.
It transpired that due to the amount of bales that were burned, the work to put out the fire could extend some days.
So far the cause of the fire has not been determined.
