Ernesto Echeverria Aispuro, former Secretary of Health in Sinaloa, will have to be present on July 31 in the courts to discuss his alleged responsibility in the direct award of a contract for imaging services for 18 million pesos and received kickbacks for 14.7 million pesos.
Reyna Angulo, Anti-Corruption Prosecutor in Sinaloa, pointed out that the indictment against Echeverría Aispuro was presented before a Control Judge, to hold a hearing called intermediate, in which evidence will be presented and the guilt or innocence of the former Secretary of Health.
