New violent incidents in Sinaloa; clothing store set on fire and two houses shot

The State Public Security Secretariat announced that in various incidents a business selling clothing was set on fire by civilians and two houses were the target of gunfire, with no reports of injuries.

The information released is that in the Miguel Alemán neighborhood of the state capital several people arrived and started a fire in the business, so the fire department and the State Police had to intervene to protect the business.

In the community of Sánchez Celis, a house was reported damaged by gunfire and a house, while in the area of ​​Las Arenitas, in the municipality of Eldorado, two vehicles and a house were found damaged by bullet impacts.

Governor meets with Secretary of the Interior

The governor of Sinaloa, Rubén Rocha Moya, announced that in a meeting with the Secretary of the Interior, Rosa Isela Rodríguez, he raised the need for the state to normalize economic activities, schools, businesses, companies, food production and fishing.

He commented that, in said meeting held in Mexico City, he thanked her for the assignment of a greater number of elements of the Army, which have joined the activities of pacification and the return to tranquility.

Through a statement it was expressed that he had a dialogue with the Secretary of the Interior, Rosa Isela Rodríguez, on multiple issues inherent to Sinaloa, especially an analysis of the prevailing panorama and the support that the federation has given him.
