Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- In the city of Mazatlán, there are more than 196 open real estate developments, which include construction and commercialization projects. Of these, 130 are in the tourist market, ranging from small three-story apartment buildings to towers over 20 stories high.
Ismael Tirado, president of AMPI Mazatlán, stated that there has been very good real estate investment, with the latest figures ranging from 20 billion pesos to 50 billion pesos. Currently, there are projects exceeding one billion pesos.
“There are already projects exceeding one billion pesos; there are very large projects in Mazatlán with a strong level of investment, but there are also small projects for sale ranging from 20 to 30 million pesos.”
The real estate advisor also mentioned that there are investors who see Mazatlán as an interesting investment hub due to the increasing value of the port area.
