“Cultural route my Mazatlan” is ready; COBAES students will visit cultural centers

The route will visit cultural centers such as the Museum of Art and the House of Legal Culture, among others.

Mazatlán, Sin.- The College of Bachelors of the State of Sinaloa (COBAES) opened the “Mi Mazatlán Cultural Route”, which will visit emblematic institutions of the port, to strengthen the cultural identity of the students.

At a press conference, Yadira Osuna Rodríguez, executive coordinator of Zone 05 of COBAES, said that the objective of this project is to create a cultural route so that students are interested in the different institutions, in addition to generating and promoting values among the youths.

“It is a project where work is done in conjunction with different institutions, in order to promote and strengthen the cultural part, so that young people know the culture, art, education of our society.”

Osuna Rodríguez indicated that the first tour will be on March 13, with the participation of 75 students from 5 schools in the city, 15 from each one, and will begin at the COBAES Cultural Center, then at the Casa de la Cultura Jurídica, the Municipal Archive and from there to the INAH, ending at the Art Museum, where there will be artistic exhibitions.

Officials from the institutions were present at the event, who expressed their satisfaction at participating in this project, as it will help new generations to become interested in art, in addition to the fact that this activity can promote its establishment as a tourist route.
