Thousands of people were present on Del Mar Avenue during the second parade of the Mazatlán International Carnival 2023, on Tuesday, February 21.
The people who arrived at the different points where the 34 floats made their journey, put the seasoning of the party on the promenade of the festivities, between dancing, good atmosphere, drinks, and food, visitors and locals enjoyed the parade.
At 4:00 p.m. the parade began and the greatest Mazatlan party of 2023 came to an end. It toured the Malecón to Olas Altas.
While some waited in their chairs, others bought their masks, hats, and confetti that cannot be missing to celebrate the carnival.
Almost all attendees were dressed in traditional masks, men, women, children, and senior citizens.
A great atmosphere could be felt in Mazatlán during the Carnival 2023 parade.
