The president of the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry (CANIRAC), Culiacán delegation, stated that the most favored businesses will be those that offer night service with a bar, followed by lunch and breakfast.

The leader of formal restaurateurs in the Sinaloan capital commented that this agricultural event is always beneficial, because companies arrive from abroad bring a lot of staff, suppliers and customers who require food.

Finally, Laura Guzmán clarified that on this occasion there are no promotions in the restaurants because there is no increase in the à la carte, but the members have endeavored to conquer the palates of the clients, who, by the way, already have many reservations.
