Today 3 cruise ships with 10,000 visitors arrived in Mazatlan

MAZATLAN. – Once again, 3 tourist cruises arrived in Mazatlán with more than 10,000 visitors who walked smiling through the different tourist attractions in the port.

At 6:45 a.m., the Carnival Panorama arrived with 4,336 passengers and 1,440 crew members; one hour later the Koningsdam arrived with 2,499 passengers and 957 crew members, at 8:00 in the morning the Insignia arrived with 584 passengers and 401 crew members.

The majestic Cathedral was the first attraction to receive them and was admired by hundreds of cruise passengers who attentively listened to their guide tell the history of the temple. The benches of Plazuela República served as a rest area for those who had already walked a little more and who just wanted to admire the pigeons eat, because as a good Mazatlanian you will know that this is a classic activity that takes place in the area.

Among the aisles of the José María Pino Suárez municipal market, it was possible to observe foreigners who were looking to taste a typical dish or take a souvenir from Mazatlán; beer keychains, personalized bracelets, and shirts with postcards of the port were among the most purchased.

The center of Mazatlán became even more alive, the merchants did what they do best: offer good service and sell their products.

And of course, the Plazuela Machado and the Ángela Peralta Theater were the must-see meeting point for anyone who visits us.

With the arrival of these cruises, there are 7 arrivals out of the 21 scheduled for January. In fact, for the 17th, 24th and 31st of this month, the arrival of three cruise ships per day is expected.
