The mayor, Edgar González Zatarain, confirmed that Osuna Martinez had problems with time because she is a researcher at Conacyt and it was difficult for her to also attend to the direction of the paramunicipal.
” Eunice came to replace the doctor because she had a problem, she had requested a permit, but then it dragged on, she could no longer comply because she is in Conacyt, it was getting complicated,” she confirmed.
