The construction of the World Trade Center Mazatlán is scheduled to begin in 2024 and for now, the licenses are being worked on.

MAZATLÁN.- The establishment of a World Trade Center Mazatlán advances step by step.   

On September 27, it was announced at a press conference that the WTCA chose Mazatlán to have a new subsidiary of that firm in Mexico and that Grupo ARHE presented its candidacy to obtain the license to operate the brand.   

Headlining that press conference was Robin Van Puyenbroek, Executive Director of Business Development for the WTCA.  

That day he pointed out that it is a success to bring this franchise to the port.  

Today, he announced that the license has already been fully approved by the Association, which will allow Grupo ARHE to begin registration procedures as owners of the project.  

“We are happy and excited to formally begin our World Trade Center project in Mazatlán, undoubtedly guided by the best people,” said Juan José Arellano Hernández, president of the Board of Directors of Grupo ARHE, upon receiving the news of the approval of the license. .

Mazatlán, headquarters 52 of WTC Latin America   

The WTCA is the only association with exclusive rights to grant exclusive licenses to the World Trade Center and WTC brands to real estate developers, businesses, and communities around the world for members to use in conjunction with their iconic commercial property, facilities, and services. Independent.  

The WTC Mazatlán will be the 52nd of the association in Latin America. In total there are 315 licenses worldwide.  

The WTC Mazatlán will begin its construction in 2024 and will include “business-to-business” rooms, offices and auditoriums, residential condominiums, a business-class hotel, specialized medical services, and a shopping mall.  

The license for the WTC Mazatlán was granted to Grupo ARHE.
