Mazatlan real estate sector supports the administration of new Mayor, Edgar González Zatarain

They assure that they will work hand in hand with the Municipal Government for a better development of the city

Members of the Association of Real Estate Developers of Mazatlán, join in working hand in hand with the Municipal Government headed by Mayor Edgar González Zatarain.

During the first meeting held this Tuesday, the 21 partners and the mayor, there was an excellent rapprochement between both parties, since they agreed to work for the orderly growth of Mazatlán, given the series of projects of different types that are in process and others which are about to start in the short term.

González Zatarain specified that the Municipal Government and the real estate sector will work in a coordinated manner, adhering to the construction regulations to contribute in the best way to the growth of the city.

“We as a government contribute and collaborate in what we have to collaborate in the development of Mazatlán, it is a matter of cordiality and communication where there will also be our zero tolerance in this regard,” he specified.

For his part, Fernando Rosete Aragón, President of the Association of Real Estate Developers of Mazatlán, thanked the approach they had with the Mayor who showed availability in the issues addressed, for which they asked for ease in procedures that are required for the use of land and construction permits for projects that are in process or contemplated because this has an impact on economic benefits and job creation.

“The Mayor is grateful for the meeting because of the saturated agenda that brings a few days after entering, he has attended us, it is appreciated because there is a very good opening on his part,” he added.

Finally, they highlighted that Mazatlán brings an inertia that can hardly be stopped in the execution of projects, therefore, the importance of working together with the Municipal Government and the real estate sector.
