The director of the State Institute of Civil Protection in Sinaloa said that it was in this last community, which borders the state of Nayarit, where the greatest damage was recorded, and where greater emphasis is placed on the next ones due to the possible flooding of the river. The gray hair.
The official affirmed that he carried out a tour of the temporary shelter set up in the “Antonio Toledo Corro” Educational Center, where he verified the service and attention provided to the 27 people who are still in this place.
He added that the case of the 40 people who are in the La Concha shelter will have to wait until tomorrow once the risks or effects of the drop in water in the mountain area have diminished.
Navarrete Cuevas also recommended that motorists who have the need to travel from Sinaloa to the states of Nayarit or Jalisco, by land, refrain until further notice from the authorities, since although the strong natural phenomenon has passed, there are closures in some road sections.
He maintained that Governor Rubén Rocha Moya is also carrying out supervision and collecting data from the damage assessment, to make them known at the extraordinary session of the regional Civil Protection committee that he will lead at 12:00 in this municipality.

In a statement, the CFE explained that an operation made up of almost 1,600 electricians and more than 700 mobile units, among other teams, was deployed, which were located at strategic points, and with all the security measures they will work to fully restore the service . :
