It is not that young people do not want to work, but that companies need to offer better conditions and flexibility to the new generations, considers the head of the Sinaloa National Employment Service.

The director of the national employment service in Sinaloa, Abril Estefanía Vega Araiza, considers that currently, the deficit of workers that exists in some productive sectors of the population is not due to the fact that the new generations do not want to work, but to the lack of better employment conditions.
