Mazatlán, SINALOA.-In Ordinary Session number 21, Councilors of the Cabildo in full approved the initiative of the creation of the Municipal Coordination of Attention to the LGBTTTIQA+ Population, which will be part of the centralized organizational structure of the Municipal Public Administration, which will depend of the Secretary of the Presidency.
Once the creation of the Municipal Coordination for Attention to the LGBTTTIQA+ Population has been authorized, the corresponding Official Decree will be published in the Official Newspaper of the State of Sinaloa so that it can take legal effect and come into force on the day following its publication.
During the meeting, the call for the Mazatlan Youth Merit Award 2022 was also announced, which includes 6 categories and is aimed at the student community at secondary, upper secondary, higher or technological, public, private and educational levels. youth in general.
