The Senior Official, Nayla Velarde, pointed out that this weekend there was a lot of tourism and also 38 fines in places that have to do with shows (clubs), for not taking care of the protocols, mainly not applying them; in one of the places the capacity was at 110 percent; some fines were above three thousand pesos, she underlined.
The municipal official was interviewed at the end of a public act by the mayor of Mazatlán, Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres, where he clarified that the operations are carried out on weekends, starting on Friday.
Some infractions occurred in the Golden Zone. He called on businesses not to let their guard down with anticovid health measures.
