The Federation of National Chambers of Commerce, Services and Tourism of Sinaloa forsees an economic spill of 292 million pesos for Sinaloa on Father’s Day

Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- On the eve of the celebrations for Father’s Day that is celebrated today, June 19, sales in organized businesses in Sinaloa have increased by 60% on average.

The Federation of National Chambers of Commerce, Services and Tourism of Sinaloa foresees an economic spill of 292 million pesos, which represents a growth of 34% compared to 2021, which yielded 218 million pesos.

The president of the organization, Miguel Hernández Fonseca, stated that on Father’s Day, families will celebrate their fathers, in addition to the fact that commercial and service companies are confident of having an economic rebound on this date.

He added that the main lines of business that will benefit are restaurants, pastry shops, gift shops, and department stores, especially where they sell items such as watches, shoes, clothing, and electronic equipment such as computers, cell phones, and tablets.

Hernández Fonseca pointed out that in Mazatlán, the sales expectation for this year is 88 million pesos, which represents a growth of 60%, compared to the 55 million pesos obtained during the same date of the previous year.
