The industrial development of Sinaloa is moving forward step by step.

MAZATLÁN.- Businessmen from Sinaloa continue betting on the big projects that are at the door, so that they are completed and the long-awaited industrialization arrives, said Javier Lizárraga Mercado.

He recalled that one of the most important projects that could come to Mazatlan is that of Grupo Tatakawi, which is among the 10 largest developers in the country.

“Without a doubt, it would be a great growth for Mazatlán, in addition to the fact that the Aerospace Park and the Mazatlan Logistics Center continue to advance,” said Lizárraga Mercado.

With the USMCA and the industrial developments, he said, will allow a great diversification of the Sinaloa economy.

There is certainty

He explained that the private initiative of Mazatlán maintains its optimism, even in the midst of difficult situations, such as inflation and the health emergency due to the fifth wave of Covid-19.

“I feel that most people are already vaccinated, with their boosters, so let’s hope it’s mild,” he said.

Lizárraga Mercado pointed out that the pandemic has been a challenge for the country’s economic activity, in addition to the war between Russia and Ukraine, it has caused inflation to rise, which is why growth for the states is prevented.

He added that despite the national and international panorama, Mazatlan has in favor the fact that it is becoming a reliable point for tourism and industrial investments, such as the construction of new hotels and condominium towers up to the development of the Aerospace Park and the Mazatlan Logistics Center, which are already in very advanced stages.
