The meeting will be next November where they estimate the sum of investors and industrialists interested in the Northern Economic Corridor.

Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- From November 8 to 10, Mazatlán will host the Expo Industrial Encargo 2022, which will be attended by around 2,000 participants, including investors and businessmen interested in investing in the Northern economic corridor, from which they gave member details of Canacintra to Sectur staff. 

The undersecretary of Tourism Promotion and Operation, Estrella Palacios Domínguez, held a meeting with Helena Larsen Ayala, president of Canacintra Mazatlán and National Vice President of Networking and New Businesses; in addition to Sergio Rojas, secretary of the board of directors and Iván Pico, general director of this chamber organization.

During the meeting, it was reported that Encargo seeks to provide entrepreneurs interested in investing in the Northern economic corridor, with mechanisms to move their products by sky, sea, and land in one of the most important markets in the world, thanks to the USMCA corridor.

Estrella Palacios Domínguez offered accompaniment during the event and said that there will be coordination and support to promote it inside and outside of Sinaloa.

About 2,000 participants are expected and from the Sinaloa Tourism Secretariat, we are going to work so that they live and enjoy the tourist experiences that the state offers, he added.

According to the organizers, Expo Industrial Encargo 2022 is a professional meeting of logistics, supply chain and supply, where different organizations from the productive sectors, academics and government institutions participate.

Investors, entrepreneurs, directors, managers, coordinators and logistics managers, among others, will attend the Expo, who will have access to conferences by national and international exhibitors.

The meeting addressed various issues, such as sustainable tourism development and commented on the possibility of holding a virtual meeting to analyze some tourism investment projects that revolve around this axis, added Estrella Palacios.
