The president of the Association of Tourist and Entertainment Centers of Mazatlan stated that without a doubt Motorcycle Week leaves them with a great economic benefit, but he pointed out that there is also traditional tourism, which makes its market expand these days.
“The union members are all there, there was no problem, it went well for all of us, in fact, Mazatlan is still full, we expect a good response from tourism here in Mazatlan, and especially in the bars, before Easter we were prepared with staff, we hired more people for Holy Week and for Motorcycle Week”.
He reported that, in terms of employment, since the beginning of the vacation period they have been prepared with temporary personnel who conclude their contracts this weekend.
Martínez Tirado also highlighted that, despite the increase in the permitted capacity, which is already at 95 percent, they have continued to apply all the relevant bio sanitary protocols, for the care of clients and staff.
