During a meeting with the Municipalization Technical Committee and the Municipal Territorial Planning Council, three new subdivisions were presented that are to be built in the northern area of Mazatlan.

He explained that they are residential and social interest settlements, as he recognized, there is a housing deficit of this type.
Estavillo Kelly stated that it is sought that the new subdivisions have feasibility in public services and now they are only waiting for the Public Works Directorate to approve them, as well as JUMAPAM to authorize the drinking water and drainage project.
In Mazatlan, he said, at least another 7 more subdivisions will arrive.
