MAZATLAN.- Pollution in the world continues to increase every day that passes, hence the importance that society pays more and more attention to caring for the environment since the damage to natural resources grows with different products from plastics, organic waste, paper, and even electronic waste that take a long time to degrade.

After this situation, in Mazatlan, they are already getting ready to carry out the seventh edition of the Electronic Recycling 2022, which will be held on the 24th, 25th, and 26th of this month with Industrias Marino as a meeting point.

The director of Ecology in Mazatlán, Miriam Isarai Rodríguez Paniagua, indicated that electronics take up to 400 years to degrade, which is why donating these devices is of the utmost importance for the care of the environment.

“Recycling is very good because the same companies can reuse both electrical fibers and other certain types of materials, it is very important that they donate these products and take care of the environment,” said Rodríguez Paniagua.

The items that will be received will range from broken televisions, monitors, laptops, CPUs, appliances, music players, cameras, printers, scanners, keyboards, cell phones, telephones, regulators, batteries, cables, burners, among others.

The Reciclón event will start on Thursday, March 24, a module will be opened at the facilities of Industrias Marino, with an address at Carretera Internacional, kilometer 1193, to the south, in the Anáhuac neighborhood, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. hours, Thursday and Friday.
