Sinaloa.- The industrial sector registers a deficit of 10 percent of vacancies in Sinaloa, this is due to a ” brain drain ” since many young people who leave the universities prefer to start their own business, others are not satisfied with the salaries that are paid and they prefer to emigrate to other states of the country, even abroad, lamented Sergio Álvarez Torres.

The president of the National Chamber of the Transformation Industry Culiacán delegation ( Canacintra ) said that this problem is compounded by the fact that it has been difficult to attract the talent of professionals in the different business chambers, an issue that has already been discussed with the rectors and directors of universities so that they have the talent they need and the specialized hand that eliminates the learning curve from school.

The chamber leader indicated that there are many professions that require specialized talent from business administration, industrial engineers and various careers related to technology, but he trusted that with the supply of demand there will soon be a solution to these vacancies.

“I was in León Guanajuato there is enormous innovation there is an attraction of talent in that region because there are many opportunities and above all because they are looking to the future and we have to do the same, and I think that the offer is going to stop the brain drain” , he trusted.

Sergio Álvarez admitted that when students graduate from their careers they seek to start their own business, therefore, their stay in companies is very short, according to a study in young people under 30 years of age they have had at least 6 jobs and this has to do with the inability that employers have had to understand the change in the work model and business owners are not adapting to this new culture
