Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- With the purpose of supporting small producers in the rural area of ​​southern Sinaloa, promoting sustainability, caring for the environment and promoting healthy eating, the Mazatlán Organic Market was born 11 years ago.

Ángel Ceballos, deputy manager of the MOM, commented that the idea was to offer a space to these entrepreneurs where they could sell their products, without intermediaries.

He emphasized that all the products and articles offered there are ecological, natural and handmade.

” Come to the Organic Market, we are in Plazuela Zaragoza, you can come to buy milk, chicken, meat, eggs, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, you can come to have a coffee, to have breakfast, we have tried to make it different so that you can spend a very different Saturday,” he said.

You can also find plant drinks, ready-made foods, desserts, jams, eco-friendly products, natural cosmetology and a variety of handicrafts.

” The benefits of consuming in an organic market are in terms of health, the products we handle are free of preservatives, of any pesticide at the time of harvesting, it is the greatest benefit we have,” he added.
