In a brief message accompanied by two photographs on his Twitter account, the president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, reported that this Sunday he supervised the irrigation canals of the Siqueiros community and the Santa María dam, in the state of Sinaloa.

Without including a recorded message, as is customary every Sunday, the president of Mexico limited himself to writing: “In the supervision of irrigation canals in Siqueiros and in the Santa María Dam, Sinaloa. Territory, not desk.”

In both photographs, President López Obrador appears accompanied by the Governor of Sinaloa, Rubén Rocha Moya, and Germán Martínez Santoyo, director of the National Water Commission (CONAGUA), as well as the personnel responsible for the works.

According to the president’s agenda, this Monday he will offer his morning press conference at the National Palace after holding the meeting with the security cabinet at six in the morning.
